General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Myanmar Photo Tour. Please review our Terms & Conditions before confirming your booking. By joining any of our photography tours, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Payment Policy
  • 30% Deposit – Required to confirm your booking and secure flights, hotels, and tour arrangements.

  • 40% Second Payment – Due 60 days before the tour start date.

  • 30% Final Balance – Due 21 days before the tour start date.
    Payment Method: Bank transfer only. All transfer charges must be covered by the client.


2. Cancellation Policy
  • 90+ days before departure: USD 150 per person + issued flight tickets (non-refundable).

  • 60 days before departure: 20% of total tour cost forfeited.

  • 45 days before departure: 50% forfeited.

  • 14 days before departure: 70% forfeited.

  • 7 days or less: 100% forfeited (no refund).

If Myanmar Photo Tour cancels your trip, a full refund will be issued.


3. Important Notes
  • Prices and services are guaranteed only after full payment is received.

  • Supplier terms (hotels, airlines, local transport) may apply in addition to our policies.

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (cancellation, medical, luggage, and camera gear coverage).

  • Travel documents will be sent via email within 3 days after final payment.


4. Liability Disclaimer

Myanmar Photo Tour acts as an agent between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, local transport). We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, schedule changes, or cancellations caused by third parties

  • Loss, injury, illness, accidents, or death during the tour

  • Force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, strikes, or airline decisions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.


5. Unused Services
  • Unused services (meals, transport, accommodation, activities) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


6. Behavioral Policy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for clients engaging in:

  • Illegal activities

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive conduct toward staff or local communities


7. Itinerary Changes

We aim to deliver all confirmed services; however, adjustments may be necessary due to:

  • Airline or hotel changes

  • Safety considerations

  • Unexpected operational issues

Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.


8. Force Majeure

Myanmar Photo Tour cannot be held liable for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Civil unrest or political events

  • Health emergencies or epidemics

  • Transportation breakdowns or airline issues

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
